Tour Description
Looking for a tour that's not over crowded? Want a boat that doesn’t look like all the others? Then maybe just maybe this is the tour for you!
Avatar is the only commercial sailing Trimaran in the Whitsunday Islands. What does this mean for you? It means.... Minimal lean while sailing, maximum deck space with trampolines for sun baking and room room and more room, you can soak up the stunning world heritage listed Whitsunday Islands while never feeling over crowded. Just the way it’s meant to be.
So what will you do on your new found Adventure?
Avatar's crew of three Whitsunday fun lovers will sail you across the Whitsunday passage, first arriving at Hook Island for a snorkel in the pristine waters of the fringing Great Barrier Reef. As you are in the water your host will be preparing a roast with all the trimmings for dinner, as we know to well this activity makes you extremely hungry. After dinner sit back with a quiet drink and enjoy the amazing constellations of stars shinning brightly away from the mainland lights. Did I hear you say take me to one of the top 10 beaches in the world? Done!... Now enjoy your short 15 min bush walk up the Hill inlet lookout to experience the beauty of Whitehaven beach from the famous Hill Inlet lookout approx 100 meters above sea level. Now that's scenery that will take your breath away! Now off down the hill to enjoy the white silica sands of Whitehaven Beach. Have a swim in the crystal clear waters, explore or just soak up those rays the choice is all yours. Did you hear that? AVATAAAAR TIME TO BOARD. Looks like we are off sailing up to the northern end of the islands for a snorkel at one of Whitsundays hottest spots, Luncheon or Blue Pearl Bay. Here you will see an array of soft corals which are abundant with friendly tropical fish, at these locations the coral looks exactly what you see in the first 10 mins of watching Nemo. Once again as we splash around in the Coral Sea the host is preparing tonight's dinner, lasagne and garlic bread YUM! Option of a very early 6am snorkel the next day or have breakfast and a coffee as Avatar prepares for the sail back to Airlie Beach. Your new friends at Ozsail will still look after you even once you leave Avatar, with a few vouchers for cheap drinks and meals at the boat party in one of the local bars later that night.
Ok question time.... yes you down the front on the left
