- Each tour will meet their tag-along guide at Palace Backpackers Hervey Bay at 4pm the day prior to departure for a pre-trip orientation and organisation. We will allocate groups to vehicles, and assist with the purchasing of food and drink. A further briefing will be held at 6.30am the morning of departure. All members of the group must attend briefings

- 3 Day 2 Night + 2 Nights Dorm Accommodation to be used at Palace Backpackers Hervey Bay, before and after Fraser Island.

Tour Description
Palace Adventures has 2 exciting new features so you can discover World Heritage Fraser Island safely and in comfort and style. Firstly, each lead vehicle has a tag-along driver/guide who'll advise you on all the tricks of 4WD beach driving and can also point out the island's main attractions along the way.
All the other vehicles in your party are self drive and connected by two-way radio so everyone benefits from the guides local knowledge. You'll have an authentic 4WD experience and best of all you'll have the freedom to choose your campsites and your itinerary.
Secondly, each lead vehicle will now tow the exciting Camper King mobile trailer which allows you the flexibility to set up camp wherever you want. Complete with a 3 sided annex to protect you from the sun or rain, it also has a hot shower, bbq and cooking facilities, while the solar power gives you light every night. So you virtually have the comforts of home while enjoying the classic outdoor camping experience on Fraser.
Combined, these two new features give you total control with the flexibility to hang around the campsite while others can head off with your guide for some thrilling beach fishing. Or the romantics in your group can watch the sunrise over the water. An outdoor experience you'll remember for ever and ever.
